How do i get started?

We don't require any purchase order/sales confirmation/order form/deposite , simply send us an email with enough information about your design request. Our suggestions as follow:

1. Check latest pricelist and find out which item/service pack you want to buy.
2. Email us your request like: text for the logo, photo you want to use, website for ref,preferred color...etc.
3. Our design department will confirm receipt of your order by replying your email,  that means we are already working on it.
4. 24-48hrs later, you will receive proof.

I am not in USA. Can I get my logo designed by you?

Definitely you can. In fact we work with clients all over the world and we have done multiple projects for clients from UK, France, Germany, Australia and many other countries. The Internet gives the opportunity to avail the services of talented people all over the world much easily and also gives us a chance to work for companies and individuals who we may not have had the opportunity before.

Do you accept all type of credit cards?

We accept payments through Paypal. You can either make your payments using you credit card (Master, Visa, American Express, Discover card) or through your paypal account.

How long do you take to give me my initial designs?

It depends on the package you choose. But generally we get back to you with a few designs you could initially choose from within 24 hours of your placing your order with us.

What if I don't like any of your initial designs?

We get our designers to start brainstorming again, and come back to you with a fresh set of logos. This will be done till you get the designs you like. We guarantee 100% satisfaction.

How do you deliver the logo design?

Is this logo design ready to use?

Absolutely. You will receive the logos in various file formats so that you can start using it in your various applications as well as use them for digital output and printing.

What happens if I lose my files and/or artwork?

We archive all our design works so you can always retrieve your designs by contacting us, should you loose your material.

Who owns the right to these designs?

Once your logo design project is complete you will have the right to these designs and images. The 50logo.com, however shall have the right to use the logo for the purpose of showcasing, reference and display.

Can I use the logo for other projects like website, printing etc?

Sure. You can use your logo in your website or in print for your business stationery. In fact many of our customers do assign us with the responsibility to design their websites or business stationery.

What are the ways that I can use my logo?

We can create business cards, letterheads, brochure, flash animations etc where you can incorporate your logo. You can also use the logo for your company websites and multimedia presentations.

Do you design business stationery?

We have a separate package especially designed for you, where you could get your corporate stationery designed from us. The complete package includes designs for your business cards, letterheads, envelopes, fax covers, etcetera. For an affordable fee we can create your business stationery faster and economically than any third party provider.

I want to build a website that will incorporate my new logo into its design. Can you do this?

Yes. We are familiar with all the latest web design and publishing software and they can easily incorporate your new logo into your website design. Infact, just ask the client manager assigned to you for details for website design.
